Strong QA Tester Please find JD below. The client is very particular about Sql experience and the candidate must have worked with pension or retirement systems before. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with testing Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers, System Administrators, Architects and DBA members
• Lead and develop integration, system, and regression test scenarios.
• Collaborate with Development Leads and Business Analysts to design and create test data required to drive test scenarios.
• Run test execution for assigned projects, which includes monitoring of the test execution progress, defect resolution, issue management.
• Define and lead process improvements that will improve overall efficiency and software quality.
• Works with client business leads and test leads

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• > 6 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with a thorough knowledge of software development life cycle principles and quality assurance methodology
• Testing experience with Pension System and Retirement industry is highly desired.
• Knowledge of SDLC and the ability to understand trace matrices.
• Strong analytical skills and broad knowledge of the applications supported.
• Direct working experience and knowledge of quality assurance for various applications, web platforms, reporting, and analytics
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problem-solving ability Info Way Solutions
