Currently seeking new crew members/leaders that are interested in full time outdoor construction work with plentiful growth opportunities.

Valid drivers license is required

Skills that apply: working from ladders, driving trucks, towing trailers, working with and around machinery (bob cats, mini X's, rock saws, trenchers, etc), working with power tools (saws-alls, drills, chipping hammers, jack hammers etc), pulling electrical wire, building water tanks, limited masonry & concrete work, installing water pumps and water disinfection systems, working with shovels, picks and wheel barrows.

Crew Leaders will be responsible for assisting in and managing the tasks listed above. Must be able to motivate others to complete projects on time while meeting installation standards. Other duties include: Managing waste, Maintaining safety standards, Keeping a clean and orderly worksite, communicating with home owners and GC's, ETC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
