Your Role:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to connect customers to the T-Mobile brand and products they love.
• Be responsible for all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and marketing.
• Provide feedback and coaching to ensure a high standard of customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence.
• Foster an inclusive environment while developing your team’s skills.
• Manage inventory and store finances to achieve performance targets.
• Celebrate team achievements and support employees in their career growth.

What You Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of store operations.
• A passion for technology and building lasting customer relationships.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• A high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
