Take acknowledgments. Witness or attest signatures. Certify/attest copies. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

MUST be a U.S. citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Notary Public certification. Clear a background check.
Experience in notarizing loan documents.
Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, cool under pressure, strong communicator, and honesty.
