Sales & Contracts Administrator – High-Value Products

We’re looking for a detail-driven, relationship-savvy Sales & Contracts Administrator to support our Sales Team and ensure our contract and transaction processes are smooth, accurate, and well-documented. This role is pivotal from the moment we acquire a high-value product through the final handoff to our customer. If you love the details but also love talking to people, this is the role for you!

You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep communication flowing, timelines on track, and documentation airtight. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building trust with others, and isn’t afraid to take ownership of complex processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a key liaison between our company and product manufacturers, ensuring prompt and professional communication and smooth transactional workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and customers to support the full lifecycle of product sales—from acquisition to final delivery.
  • Draft, review, revise, and execute contracts and related documents with precision and care.
  • Maintain digital records of all transactions, including contracts, amendments, deposits, correspondence, and product specs.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and logistics to support the sales process.
  • Participate in product specification sessions and handle associated documentation; occasional travel required.
  • Prepare documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed for each sale.
  • Interface with registries, legal entities, or third-party partners regarding ownership, compliance, or documentation issues.
  • Keep internal checklists and tracking tools current and complete throughout the sales process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Solid experience working with contracts and sales documentation
  • Prior exposure to high-value products or complex B2B sales environments is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (You are an Excel guru)
  • Organized, thorough, and deadline-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Able to juggle multiple projects without letting the details slip
