Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure every guest receives top-tier service. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and has a passion for beauty and wellness.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support salon and spa staff, including stylists, estheticians, and front desk team
Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and facility upkeep
Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns professionally
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and sales goals
Collaborate on marketing initiatives, promotions, and client retention strategies
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
Qualifications
2+ years of management experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with salon/spa software (Meevo a plus)
Knowledge of beauty industry trends and services
Cosmetology or esthetics license is a plus
