Join to apply for the SAP RTR Hana Lead role at Tata Consultancy Services Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Record to Report (RTR) processes in SAP HANA. Work closely with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP solutions. Configure SAP HANA modules for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Optimize system performance for efficient financial closing, reporting, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP SD, MM, FI-CO) to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Provide expertise in SAP HANA database and analytics for improved reporting and insights. Manage and resolve RTR-related system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations. Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Support external and internal audits by providing necessary data and system configurations. Experience & Skills Minimum of 10 years of SAP RTR experience , including at least 5 years on SAP HANA. Proven track record of SAP HANA implementations in large, complex environments. Expertise in SAP HANA, FI-CO, and RTR configurations. Strong knowledge of financial reporting tools and BI platform integration. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; leadership and stakeholder management; attention to detail.
