We're looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team. In this role, you'll help students reach their full potential by providing evaluations, creating individualized plans of care, and delivering therapy services that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do:
Perform client evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans
Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care
Document services accurately and timely
Minimum Requirements:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
One (1) year of prior OT experience preferred
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
