An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in a K-12 educational setting. This part-time role consists of three days per week during the school year, offering a focused and impactful way to contribute to student development and success while leaving room for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement and monitor effective behavior strategies across the school environment
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques to ensure consistency in application
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions for ongoing treatment modifications
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student support

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification with demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis within educational settings
• Experience working with K-12 students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and clinical teams
• Proficient in data collection and interpretation to guide treatment planning
