Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1+ years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 Counseling position is available in Jensen Beach, FL, offering a rewarding opportunity to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. This contract role involves working directly with students across all grade levels to provide guidance, resources, and interventions that promote a positive school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling services tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop support plans
• Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and challenges
• Address issues related to academic performance, social skills, and personal concerns
• Facilitate workshops and programs focusing on topics such as career planning, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness
• Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience or specialized training in K-12 school counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
• Familiarity with relevant counseling techniques and interventions
• Adept at fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
• Relevant counseling certification or licensure preferred
