We value diversity and believe that varied cultural and life experiences enrich our studio and our creations. We are growing our design team and looking for talented Level Designers to join us. What you will do: Design high-quality level layouts, block out environments, and create engaging spaces. Develop level composition, architectural concepts, and collaborate with art teams. Create scenarios, place game objects, and implement level progression using game editor tools. Document core level concepts and design decisions. Coordinate communication across disciplines to ensure timely delivery of levels. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Manage extensive playtesting, reviews, and iterations. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. What skills you will use: At least 5 years of industry experience in game level design. Experience with 3D software like Maya, Unreal Editor, or similar tools. Proficiency with game editors such as Unreal Editor and scripting languages like C#, Lua, Python, or visual scripting. Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset. Strong communication skills. Experience working in teams, embracing criticism, and maintaining gameplay vision. Understanding of the single-player gaming landscape and industry trends. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Experience with action-adventure games, including 3rd or 1st person. Knowledge of narrative, art composition, and architectural concepts. Participation in at least 2 shipped games in a level design role.
