Senior Mass Torts Litigation Attorney – Immediate Need | Los Angeles, CA

A leading litigation firm in Los Angeles is seeking a California-licensed Senior Mass Torts Attorney with at least five years of experience representing plaintiffs in high-stakes complex tort matters. This is a recent, high-priority need for the firm’s nationally recognized team, offering the opportunity to lead litigation strategy on multi-party and high-profile cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of mass tort litigation, from case inception through trial

• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and Daubert challenges

• Manage expert coordination, discovery, and trial preparation

• Serve as the primary point of contact for plaintiffs, co-counsel, and opposing parties

• Lead strategic case planning with senior partners and litigation teams

• Represent clients in court, mediations, depositions, and hearings

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and litigation support staff

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in plaintiffs' mass torts litigation

• Active California Bar membership required

• Prior lead or second-chair trial experience preferred

• Deep knowledge of California and federal civil procedure

• Excellent analytical, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage large caseloads under tight deadlines

Skills & Technology:

• Familiarity with mass tort case management systems and e-discovery platforms

• Strong client service mindset and communication capabilities

• Collaborative leadership style with ability to drive results through cross-functional teams
