Job Title: Senior NetSuite Consultant

Location: Remote (Boston-based preferred)

Employment Type: Short-term Contract (8-week)

Industry: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a strong plus

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant with deep functional expertise in Finance & Accounting and strong end-to-end ERP implementation experience. The ideal consultant will be responsible for driving NetSuite solution design, process optimization, and integrations across core business functions. This role will work closely with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to streamline processes and support system enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite functional design and solution architecture for Finance and Accounting workflows
• Own end-to-end implementation and optimization of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map processes, and configure NetSuite modules
• Build and support integrations between NetSuite and 3rd-party applications
• Troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and provide post-deployment support
• Develop functional documentation, SOPs, user training guides, and conduct UAT
• Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and system scalability
• Support financial close activities, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
• Participate in solution workshops, provide best-practice recommendations, and advise leadership on system capabilities

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar ERP role
• Strong Finance & Accounting background understanding of financial statements, GL, AP/AR, costing, revenue, month-end close, etc.
• Hands-on experience with OTC and P2P business process flows and integrations
• Proven experience leading NetSuite implementations or major enhancement projects
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Record-to-Report (R2R) and Warehouse Management (WM) in NetSuite
• Experience in the CPG industry supply chain, inventory, demand planning exposure
• NetSuite certification(s) highly preferred
• Familiarity with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow is beneficial
