Staigles Steakhouse, Wiggins MS is looking for SERVERS!!!!!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments using POS system (Toast POS)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guest
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems, for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of reservation systems
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
