\n Shift: 12:00PM – 8:00PM

\n What You'll Be Doing:
\nAs a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations — making sure everything that comes in and goes out is accurate, on time, and handled with care.\n

\n\t
• Count, box, and prepare finished goods for shipment\n\t
• Load and unload trucks, shelves, pallets, racks, and carts\n\t
• Receive finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials (Mitek, Codman, Spine, and Orthopedic products)\n\t
• Accurately process shipments using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)\n\t
• Maintain organization of materials in designated areas\n\t
• Ensure documentation, labeling, and storage comply with FDA and/or GMP standards\n\t
• Understand and follow departmental layout and process flow\n

\n Experience and Skills Required: \n\n

\n\t
• High school diploma or equivalent\n\t
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer).\n\t
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels\n\t
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership\n

\n
\n
\n Experience and Skills Preferred: \n\n

\n\t
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills\n\t
• Experience in FDA/GMP-regulated environments (required)\n\t
• Understanding and use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\n\t
• Working knowledge of warehouse systems and logistics tools\n
