Job Description

This contract position spans the academic year from September 3, 2025, to June 17, 2026. The role involves providing essential communication support to facilitate the learning of deaf or hard-of-hearing students through direct interpretation of classroom instruction and social interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience interpreting in educational settings, particularly with middle school students

Location:

• Everett, WA

Responsibilities:

• Provide interpretation services for deaf or hard-of-hearing students throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication and access to the curriculum
• Participate in planning sessions to prepare for educational activities and transitions
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress
• Attend relevant meetings and professional development opportunities as required
