The Role

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to own and grow Phigora’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and more. You’ll be our voice online, crafting compelling stories, showcasing beautiful watches, and building a community of watch lovers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Create scroll-stopping content: posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Build and engage with our community across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, ecommerce, watch experts) to source content and align messaging
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on insights
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments

✅ You Might Be a Good Fit If:

• You love watches (or are excited to learn quickly)
• You have 3+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand
• You have strong creative instincts and can write captions that spark engagement
• You're comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later/Buffer, or similar
• You understand social analytics and can translate data into strategy
• You’re highly organized and can juggle multiple priorities

✨ Bonus Points

• Experience with luxury or lifestyle brands
• Background in content creation, UGC sourcing, or influencer marketing
• Basic video editing skills (for Reels, TikToks, etc.)
