Solar Consultant – Leads Provided

At Semper SolR, we’re looking for driven Solar Consultants to take charge of client relationships, close high-value deals, and help shape the success of our growing sales team. You’ll work with qualified homeowner leads, manage your pipeline, and mentor future closers as you grow into a leadership role.

Compensation & Benefits
• Commission-Based with 6-Figure Earning Potential ($100,000–$200,000+/year)
• Leads Provided + 2 self-generated days per week

Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship building.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales plans that align with company goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, addressing any concerns and providing clear, actionable information.
• Close high-value deals by effectively communicating the value proposition and negotiating terms.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide clients with the most up-to-date information and solutions.
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, understanding their unique solar energy needs.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients on solar energy benefits and address concerns.
• Ability to manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Experience collaborating with teams to strategize and execute sales plans.
• Proficiency in staying informed about industry trends and advancements in solar energy solutions.
