What You’ll Do:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our state-of-the-art solar products and services, empowering clients with the best solutions.
• Engage clients with dynamic, solution-oriented presentations that directly address their needs and goals.
• Resolve client objections with strategic, well-informed solutions, ensuring successful closures.
• Negotiate flexible pricing and contract terms, securing optimal results for both the client and the company.
• Apply successful sales techniques and strategies to surpass targets, accelerating your personal and professional growt
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of the solar industry or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
