Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Sales Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, generating interest in solar energy solutions, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate is persuasive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Introduce and promote solar energy solutions with a clear, compelling pitch.
• Qualify leads by assessing customer interest and energy needs.
• Schedule appointments for in-home or virtual consultations with sales representatives.Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering basic questions and building trust.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or sales preferred (solar experience a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and stay resilient.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
