Do you have extensive knowledge of youth and adult basketball, pickleball, and creating, implementing, and running exciting Athletics Programs and camps? Located in New Canaan, CT, in an expansive and welcoming YMCA, our Sports Department is seeking a leader in the field of sports to maintain our current and robust programs, as well as come in with a creative and growth mindset to help us expand further. This position requires extensive knowledge of basketball programming and large-scale basketball tournaments. The ideal candidate will also have experience and/or interest in pickleball, volleyball, softball, and a variety of youth sports programs such as ultimate frisbee and golf. We require that candidates have experience working with children and running athletic programming. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Sports Management or related field is preferred.
