Talent Acquisition Associate
Remote | Local to Ponte Vedra, Florida
Were looking for aJunior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team! This is a remote position for someone based in the Jacksonville area whos eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in the consulting and talent acquisition space.
In this role, youll represent Private Label Staff (PLS) directly with clients supporting ongoing recruiting projects, assisting with communication and deliverables, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every partnership. Youll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with both the operations and business development teams, learning how a boutique consulting firm runs from the inside out.
As part of a small, collaborative team, youll work closely with the CEO and senior consultants, gaining mentorship and exposure to high-level strategy, client management, and process development.
