Technical Product Manager - Project manager

Capgemini is looking for a Project Manager - Technical Product Manager, to join us for a fulltime hybrid role in Seattle WA.

Key Responsibities

  • Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the technical product roadmap and backlog.
  • Lead discovery efforts, work break down sessions, and planning activities with engineers
  • Works with Engineer to align on Epic/Story sizing and delivery planning
  • Define system architecture needs, API integrations, and data flows.
  • Defining, monitoring, and tracking KPIs and Metrics

Required Skills

  • Assist with managing product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration with a cross-functional team including architects, developers, designers and business or subject matter representatives.
  • Assist with translating customer experience into technical requirements and product solutions based on Organization’s best practices
  • Work with the team to assist in creating data flows and functional and technical specifications as needed.
  • Support and assist with documenting requirements and acceptance criteria per process and protocol.
  • Work in collaboration with producers, engineering, and QA to align on feature sizing and delivery planning.
  • Assist with resolving technical blocking issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical teams.
  • Assist with documenting technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed.
  • Assist as needed with teams to help document product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success.
  • Assist with documenting process improvements between product, design, and development teams.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$111,200 - $178,290]. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
