About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Chief of Staff to the CEO to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to empower healthcare consumers. This senior leadership position is focused on optimizing the CEO's time and strategic impact, driving execution and accountability, and supporting the CEO in strategic exploration and influence. The successful candidate will be a force multiplier for the CEO, bringing clarity to complexity, and ensuring that every executive exchange is connected to the company's strategy and cultural values. The role involves proactive prioritization, calendar alignment, contextual preparation, and enhancing teammate engagement. The VP Chief of Staff will also be responsible for tracking decisions, maintaining visibility into progress, and supporting the CEO in high-level client and partner engagements. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 12 years' of progressive experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, and a proven track record of strategic acumen, project leadership, and deep business acumen with financial fluency. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The ideal candidate will be a grounded, clear communicator, a strong culture carrier, and possess executive presence and organizational savviness. Relentless professionalism and the ability to operate with a mini-COO mindset, moving seamlessly from strategy to action, are essential. The VP Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to ensure that the company's mission and values are upheld and that the organization continues to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
