Belcan is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our site in Oklahoma City, OK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient logistics flow, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service-especially in support of high-visibility aerospace and defense programs.
This is a direct hire position with full benefits, ideal for candidates with prior warehouse or logistics experience and a strong sense of organization and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; report damaged or defective items.
Organize, restock, and maintain inventory across all warehouse locations.
Pick, process, and package outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver orders to internal teams or external customers as required.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy inventory.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Resolve shipping or delivery errors and assist with customer inquiries.
Support continuous improvement by identifying better ways to store and ship products.
Communicate inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery issues to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience
Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and start promptly at 6:30 AM
Comfortable working independently and following standard operating procedures
Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
Forklift operation experience; certification a plus
U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Preferred Qualifications
Background in aerospace, defense, or government contract support
Familiarity with F135 fleet logistics or similar programs
Experience assisting customer service with order resolution and tracking

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $27.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
