Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour + $300 completion bonus

Shift: (1st Shift | 6 AM - 5 PM) (2nd Shift | 12 PM - 11 PM) Working up to 12-hours | Hours may vary

How You'll Crush It:

• 1 year of order picking experience preferred
• Accurately pick over-the-counter medical supplies using an RF scanner or a pick ticket
• Walk up to 8 miles per day throughout the warehouse
• Lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Work efficiently and safely in a team-focused, climate-controlled environment
• Support daily shipping goals and productivity standards
• Be reliable - show up, clock in, and grind it out
• Stay sharp - one detail missed slows everyone down
• Willing to learn and take direction to get better
• Be a team player who backs up the crew
• Stay flexible with shifts, overtime, or new tasks
• We'll train you if you bring the hustle
