Job Title: Window and Door Installer (Experienced Carpenter Preferred)

Location: San Diego, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $30-45/HR Based on experience
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary:

We are a growing company seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and experienced carpenter for window and door installation. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in door and window installation and be eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We value craftsmanship, responsibility, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial doors and windows with precision and care

• Handle flanged installs, block frame installs, and waterproofing systems (experience preferred but ability to be trained in these areas is important)

• Read and interpret installation instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Transport own tools to job sites

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry and/or door and window installation preferred

• Must have own transport and tools

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to company installation methods
