Full job description Tax Preparer Liberty Tax has an exciting opportunity for a Tax Preparer in our Espanola, ON office. As a member of the team at Liberty, you will be responsible for preparing tax returns while delivering outstanding customer service. Tax Preparer duties include: Provide each client with exceptional service Conduct a thorough client tax interview Precisely input all client data into the tax software Accurately explain the tax return, collect required signatures Ensure client confidentiality and privacy at all times Assist with business growth and local marketing Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Tax preparation experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Proficient computer skills, (Microsoft office, word, etc) Outstanding customer service skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly attitude *Hourly rate based on experience.
