What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure
• Oversee network, cloud, and system security
• Manage IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the organization
• Lead vendor relationships and technology procurement
• Develop IT policies, processes, and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in IT or systems management
• Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
