Job Description

TD&H is seeking a full time Landscape Designer/Architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, energetic, and rewarding work environment. What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Designer/Architect , you will be responsible for, developing landscape and irrigation designs in AutoCAD/LandFX, preparing project documentation, and specifications . Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop comprehensive site design solutions for a variety of project types including site master planning, parks/recreation projects, commercial developments, streetscapes, education facilities, green infrastructure, and private landscapes.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure client goals are met.
  • Produce high-quality construction documents in AutoCAD/LandFX including detailed plans, specifications, and material selections. Coordinate with civil engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support the Marketing Team in development of responses to Request for Proposals or Request for Qualifications.

What We’re Looking For

The candidate will work under the guidance of a Professional Landscape Architect and will partner with the firm’s employees, leadership, and clients to help drive business goals and growth. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a growing team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel Word), Adobe Creative cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and AutoCAD/LandFX Software
  • Experience within the Architectural or Engineering industry preferred.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks ensuring timely and high-quality submissions in a deadline driven environment
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgement capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
