Live Chat Agent (Full-Time) – Job Description Position Overview: We are looking for a Full-Time Live Chat Agent to provide real-time online support to customers via chat. The ideal candidate is friendly, tech‑savvy, and capable of delivering excellent customer service while multitasking in a fast‑paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a timely, professional manner. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order support.
