Job Description & RequirementsWCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Surgical, Tele Nurse for an ongoing contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Olean, NY.
Job Function:
\nEvaluate and monitor patients' progress.
\nIdentify sudden or subtle changes in medical condition.
\nProvide regular updates to physicians, patients, and family members.
\nInitiate treatment and monitor medication dosages.
\nAccurately maintain and update patient records.
\nJob Requirements:
\nGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
\nCurrent New York State Registered Nurse license, or willingness to obtain.
\nBLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
\nNIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
