Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our
Rural Lifestyle product sales across the
Southwest US . If you're a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building strong dealer networks, this is your opportunity to drive success across both retail and wholesale channels.
As the RSM, you will own your territory, lead growth strategies, and expand our footprint by supporting existing dealers and signing new ones. You'll serve as the go-to expert for all things related to tractors, attachments, and related RL products-while making a lasting impact on the business and the communities we serve.
What You'll Do: - Drive Sales: Increase sales, revenue, and market share for Rural Lifestyle equipment in your region.
- Build Dealer Relationships: Support and develop dealer partners through regular site visits, training, and tools.
- Expand the Market: Identify and onboard new dealerships to grow our distribution network.
- Lead with Strategy: Forecast and report on regional sales performance; analyze data to inform growth plans.
- Fuel Brand Awareness: Represent YANMAR at trade shows, dealer meetings, and special events.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, engineering, operations, and more to align on strategy and execution.
- Engage Customers: Build strong relationships with end users to enhance brand loyalty.
- Support Operations: Assist with account issues as needed to ensure smooth transactions and satisfied partners.
What We're Looking For: - Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably within agricultural equipment, tractors, or a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing dealer networks and driving results in a remote role.
- Skills: Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and customer service abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Mac OS familiarity is a plus.
- Travel Ready: Up to 75% travel across your region with occasional visits to our Adairsville, GA home office.
