We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure operational excellence. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead a team of warehouse associates, optimize workflows, and collaborate across departments to meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, ensuring production and distribution goals are met/exceeded
• Manage both staff levels and shipping schedules to align with operational demands and exceed KPIs
• Oversee the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products in the facility
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of warehouse operations, effectively communicating goals, priorities, and expectations to all departments
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Partner with executive leadership to identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and product flow
• Ensure compliance with internal & external safety standards, and company policies, promoting a culture focused on safety
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams to support business objectives and deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to minimize errors, resolve discrepancies, and reduce inefficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, with strong coaching and people development skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
