POSITION SUMMARY
10X Health's Wellness Concierges serve as a critical link between clients and the clinical team, ensuring consistent, high-quality support throughout each client’s wellness journey. This role is responsible for guiding clients through their personalized treatment plans, reinforcing understanding of protocols, and supporting ongoing engagement with 10X Health’s services.

With a focus on relationship management, operational coordination, and client education, the Wellness Concierge ensures that clients receive timely, accurate information and feel confident in implementing their protocols. This role also contributes to client retention by monitoring progress, identifying barriers, and providing real-time support, while maintaining accurate records across CRM and EMR systems. Success in this position requires a working knowledge of wellness protocols—including hormone therapy and nutrition planning—with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

OBJECTIVES

  • Deliver proactive, personalized support to clients throughout their wellness journey to ensure engagement, adherence, and satisfaction with treatment protocols
  • Act as a liaison between patients and internal operations, sales, and marketing teams
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, text, email, and in-person visits to assess client progress, identify barriers, and provide real-time guidance
  • Coordinate logistics for lab work, physicals, blood donations, and medication deliveries to support timely treatment initiation and continuity
  • Communicate provider recommendations clearly and professionally, including the delivery of medication instructions and protocol guidance via written and video formats
  • Identify client concerns or objections related to protocol adherence, treatment understanding, or financial considerations, and resolve them using structured communication techniques
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in CRM and EMR systems to support clinical consistency, team collaboration, and operational visibility
  • Monitor client engagement and refill timelines, intervening early to ensure protocol compliance and prevent drop-off
  • Support client education by promoting awareness of relevant products, services, and wellness strategies aligned with individual goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize patient retention strategies and ensure alignment with 10X Health's standards for client experience and care delivery

COMPETENCIES

  • Experience delivering personalized client support in a wellness or functional health setting with a focus on treatment adherence and ongoing engagement
  • Working knowledge of hormone therapy and integrative wellness protocols with the ability to guide clients through their plans clearly and effectively
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and EMR systems to track client progress, manage communications, and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, respond to questions and concerns, and support long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Comfortable addressing client objections and questions related to treatment plans, pricing, or timelines using confident, solutions-based communication
  • Proven ability to manage a client portfolio, coordinate scheduling and follow-ups, and support operational workflows
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in managing lab logistics, medication reorders, and provider instructions
  • Clear and professional communicator with experience interacting via phone, text, email, and in-person settings
  • Actively growing knowledge of wellness trends, treatment options, and 10X Health offerings to better support clients

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Background in health, nutrition, fitness, or functional wellness
  • ​​​​​​​Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing healthcare or wellness role
  • In-depth knowledge of hormones and hormone replacement therapy
  • Experience with peptide therapies preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related equivalent of experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to interact with clients both virtually and in-person, in either a clinic or mobile setting
